Youtube channels are one of the best ways to be informed and be alert about latest security news and tips, so we compiled below a list of the best cybersecurity youtube channels we’ve watched to so far.

We scoured YouTube for the 10 best channels for the latest cybersecurity news to the best privacy tips, we tried to cover all areas but feel free to drop a comment and share some recommendations!

Want to watch out one youtube channel for all cybersecurity news? The Black Hat youtube Channel is probably your best option. This channel already has over 100s of videos.

Steve Gibson, the man who coined the term spyware and created the first anti-spyware program. Creator of Spinrite and ShieldsUP, discusses the hot topics in security today with Leo Laporte. Steve covers mostly everything that’s happening in the infosec industry by weekly. 

This youtube channel already has over 700 videos and Security Now is the only youtube channel posts very insightful videos on longer topics.

4.Troy Hunt’s Weekly Update

Troy Hunt’s Weekly Update youtube channel is always very interesting and engaging to watch out.  In weekly update, Troy covers mostly everything that’s happening in the infosec industry around the world.

Creator of Have I been pwned? and author of security courses on Pluralsight. Troy travels the world speaking at security events and training technology professionals. Troy is definitely one of the best security influencers to follow. He just won the prize for the Best Overall Security Blog at the European Security Blogger Awards.

5.OWASP

The OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project) channel is one of the best resources for those working in Web Applications and looking for application security.

This channel was created by the OWASP Media Project to gather, consolidate and promote OWASP content in video format on a central appealing hub. The OWASP is a 501(c)(3) worldwide not-for-profit charitable organization focused on improving the security of software. Graham Cluley is one of most well known cybersecurity enthusiast, security analyst and award-winning security blogger and has continuously posting latest security news, trends and views under Smashing Security series under his youtube channel.

Smashing Security series crossed already more than 100 episodes, all of them cover the most exciting and current cyber security issues, delving deep into topics such as password security, phising scams, sextorsion and many more.
