  • What do I receive when I purchase a license for Kruptpos 2 Professional or Kruptos 2 Go?

    When you purchase a license you will be emailed a receipt for your order and an e-mail that contains a license key for your software. There is no physical shipment. This license key can be used to activate the evaluation version of Kruptos 2 Professional or Kruptos 2 Go, which turns it into a retail version that can be used indefinitely.

  • After I purchase how long does it take to receive the license key?

    Once the purchase is completed, the license key will be sent out instantaneously. If you do not receive your license information within a few minutes, please check your Spam filter inbox. In rare cases, the order process may require up to one business day if the order requires addition verification, for instance when you enter invalid or false data in the purchase form.

  • I have not received my activation key, what can I do?

    From time to time, some webmail providers classify Kruptos 2 Software messages as spam. Please check your junk mail folders for the missing message. In the unlikely event that your key has taken longer than 2 hours please contact us immediately.

  • Refund Policy for Kruptos 2 Software

    We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not, notify us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your full payment. All we require from you is that you email us the following:

    • Details of your purchase (e.g. email address or payment transaction code)
    • to confirm that you have uninstalled the software and won’t use it again
    • why it didn’t meet your needs - so we can improve the product
